U.S. Extradition Agents and Fugitive Enforcement Agents, when assigned to specific fugitive recovery and extradition cases agents are required (by internal rule) to submit in depth confirmed intelligence reports to Criminal Justice Agencies based on crime tips, leads, criminal activity witnessed by agents and enforced by Federal Agencies ( FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement-ICE, DEA, BATFE) whose jurisdiction is to enforce specific federal statute violations. Our Intelligence agents also assist fugitive recovery agents \ bail enforcement agents in locating fugitives and verifying all information sent to our agency by a requesting agency such as bail bond agencies, sheriff's department in states where allowed by statute or as a collaberation etc. U.S. Fugitive Extradition Bureau is not a local law enforcement agency.
U.S. Extradition Bureau -->AuthorityUSC 18 Chapter 209 sections 3181 to 3192 and operate in accordance with the rules of and under the authority of the United States Supreme Court 83 U.S. 16 Wall 366 and state law when on duty as a fugitive recovery agent \ bail enforcement agent to locate, apprehend or cause the apprehension by locating wanted fugitives. Illinois, Kentucky and Oregon enacted specific laws regarding activities of fugitive enforcement agents. Agents of the Agency also perform duties as investigators depending on state licensing or certification and to perform those duties augmenting the investigative options of law enforcement in some states. All agents operate under strict guidelines in addition to policies and procedures of the agency to abide by the laws of each state. All agents take pride in performing their duties. All off duty U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency and U.S. Fugitive Extradition Bureau agents must assist all peace officers seen in a justified need of assistance (Example: an officer being overpowered by multiple or a single subject or an injured officer) as specified by USFEB policies and procedures.

Concealed Firearms licenses issued by the Bureau of Criminal Identification - UTAH, Florida Department of Agriculture Division of Licensing and The Arizona Department of Public Safety. Our Instrsuctors recieve very high ratings and recommendations from trainees.
